Prosteel is a high quality welding and fabrication company that specialises in all types of pipework and coded welding.

We work with stainless steel, carbon steel, duplex & aluminum, as well as all plastics and installing specialist PTFE lined pipe systems.

We are PVDF, POLY PROPELENE, MDPE, HDPE, ABS, PVC, Agru and GF trained, and have a NEBOSH Construction Health & Safety Advisor in House.

We have coded welders, appointed person control of lifting (cranes), slinger, riggers, platers, pipefitters, telehandlers with drivers, counter balancers with drivers, and confined space medium risk workers.

 

Our MD Paul started his career in 1980 welding in the oil, gas and nuclear industries, encouraged by his father who had  been a welder since 1940.

Prosteel has grown every year as new customers learn of our ability to make a quality project happen on time and in budget.

We have a superb safety record from the office right down to the apprentices.  Everyone is full trained.

 

We carry out complete steelwork to UKCA 1090 standards.

As well as pipework, we carry out coded welding (duel coded), fabrication and vessels, insulation and testing commissioning, with clients notified body.
